Good service, minor delays

We engaged Shinka for a Managed Network Security service after a complimentary network assessment. The assessment itself was very thorough, which was a big plus. The setup process for the managed service was mostly smooth, but there were some slight delays in getting all our specific configurations in place, took about a week longer than initially estimated. Their team was responsive, though, and the security seems robust. Overall, a solid service for the price, but they could improve on initial project timelines.
